3 day - Wellness Retreat - Scottsdale Arizona

Day 1 - Friday – Fire – Mentality Pleasantries & Salutations Arrival

• 3-5pm - Arrive - Check In
• 6-8pm - Dinner and opening Ceremonies
  • Theme - Fire - The element of mental clarification and purification - to bring focus, passion, and intention.  Fire brings out a primal state of being and frees the mind. A perfect way to start our journey!
    • Drum Circle- Positive Affirmations / 4 Agreements
    • Fire Intention setting ceremony
    • Chakra Grounding Session
• 8pm - Fire Pit Gathering - Free time, conversation, good vibes, herbal tea

Day 2 - Saturday– Earth – Physical Into the Thick of It

Daytime Activities

• 7am – 730am – Sunrise Nature Walk – Meet at host quarters for guided, silent, gentle nature hike
• 730am – 830am – Sunrise Yoga
• 830am – 1015am – Breakfast, free time get ready to depart for days activities
• 11am – Depart to Retreat Center
  • Theme - Earth - the Physical Element of stability for grounding and dependability.
    • Cacao / Goddess Flower Kit
    • Sound Bath/Chakra Scan and Attunement
• 2pm – Lunch @ Retreat Center with Chakra Cookies
• 245pm – Return to property
• 245pm – 430pm – Free Time @ Resort – Journaling, jacuzzi, relaxing

Evening Activities

• 445pm – Depart to Evening Event

    • Workshop - Group Reading
    • Frequency Friday - Move your body, local musicians play while we dance, let go, & relax

Day 3 - Sunday– Water – Emotional Natural Healing – Air - Spiritual Gratitude is an Attitude

• 7 am-7:30am – Nature Walk – Meet at the host Chalet for a guided, silent, gentle nature hike
• 730am - 8.30am – Closing Ceremony
  • Theme - Air - The Element of Breath – find truth and insight within
    • Grounding – Short grounding barefoot walk
    • Chakra group session with Worksheets (Spiritual Tools)
    • Smudging - Cleansing Ceremony
• 8:30am – Breakfast – Free time, pack and ready for departure
• 11am – Check out
